Shelling of Peaceful Village Is Vandalism - Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry
Baku / 05.07.17 / Turan: Murder of two people and wounding several more as a result of firing by the Armenian forces of the village of Alkhanly of the Fizuli region of Azerbaijan is an additional evidence of vandalism and the terrorist nature of Armenia. This is stated by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
The shelling of civilian settlements along the front line is carried out systematically by the Armenian side, as a result of which women, children and the elderly suffer.
"Azerbaijan has repeatedly stated that the Armenian forces in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan are the main cause of tension and the main obstacle to a political settlement," the statement said,
All responsibility for the current situation rests with the military-political leadership of Armenia, the statement stressed.
Recall that in the evening of July 4 as a result of mortar shelling of the village of Alkhanly, a 2-year-old girl and her grandmother were killed. -05D-
