State Social Security Fund official accused of taking bribe
Baku/07.05.20/Turan: The chief accountant of the Jalilabad district department of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) Parviz Iskenderov was detained on suspicion of receiving bribes.
According to the joint statement by the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Iskenderov extorted bribes from citizens for various periods to assign them social assistance and pensions totaling 3,700 manat. In fact, operational investigative measures were taken. The Anti-Corruption Department has filed a lawsuit under the Article 311.3.2 (repeated receipt of bribes) of the Criminal Code.
Iskenderov was detained and prosecuted as a suspect. -03D-
