Talysh Public Council criticizes election results
Baku/11.02.20/Turan: The Public Council of Talysh of Azerbaijan (PCTA) criticized the parliamentary elections in the country on February 9.
Without explaining the reasons for the dissolution of parliament, in the absence of a fair election campaign and in violation of laws, early elections were held.
In the southern region, as well as in other parts of the country, despite the discontent and protests of the population, people who “never raised a disturbing population,“ socio-economic, cultural, national-ethnic problems ”were“ chosen ”by fraudulent means and using violence.
PCTA strongly condemns the next falsified election process and demands to cancel the election results, the statement said.
