The appeal of Ilgar Mamedov will be considered on February 8
On February 8, the Baku Court of Appeal, chaired by Faig Gasimov, will consider the complaint to abolish the restrictive measure against the head of "REAL," Ilgar Mamedov. According to the lawyer, Fuad Agayev, the complaint calls for lifting the seizure because it is unfounded.
The head of "REAL", Ilgar Mammadov, and deputy chairman of the party "Musavat," Tofiq Yagublu, are charged under Articles 233 (organization of and participation in actions that led to the breach of the peace), and 315.2 (resistance to authority.)
