The head of "REAL", Ilgar Mammadov, and deputy chairman of the party "Musavat," Tofiq Yagublu, are charged under Articles 233 (organization of and participation in actions that led to the breach of the peace), and 315.2 (resistance to authority.) During the ongoing COP29 climate conference in Baku on November 14, a group of activists staged a protest condemning Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
