Today Nasimi District Court, under the chairmanship of Shahin Abdullayev considered the complaint of the activist of NIDA Youth Movement, Zaur Gurbanly, with request to change the restraint on house arrest.
According to the lawyer Khalid Bagirov, the judge dismissed the complaint.
Gurbanly is charged under the Article 228.3 of the Criminal Code (illegal production and possession of explosives.) Earlier, the court arrested him for three months, for the period of investigation.
Six other activists of NIDA have also been arrested on concocted charges. -16B-
