The Czech capital is interested in Azerbaijan"s energy sector
Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic have a mutual interest in developing relations. Reporters in Baku were told by the Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and the FM of Czech republic Lubomir Zaoralek upon completion of the bilateral negotiations.
Mammadyarov informed the counterpart of the Karabakh conflict and the negotiation process to resolve the problem. In addition, they discussed issues of cooperation in economy, energy, tourism and education.
Currently enrolled in the universities of the Czech Republic are 220 Azerbaijani students and an agreement was reached to increase their number.
The parties also agreed to simplify procedures for issuing visas for tourists, students and businessmen.
The Czech Minister noted the possibilities for the development of relations in the field of tourism and to increase the number of tourists from Azerbaijan to Karlovy Vary and other resorts in the Czech Republic.
He also reported the favorable conditions for Azerbaijani investments in the Czech Republic and in particular in the industrial sector.
Czech companies for their part are interested in participation in infrastructure, transport and energy projects, including the construction of Trans -Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP). -03C06-

According to a report by Turan correspondent, the discussions took place behind closed doors and lasted for over an hour. No statements were made to the press following the meeting. Furthermore, conference security prevented journalists from asking questions to the meeting participants.

She had been accredited in the "Green Zone" as a civil rights activist. From the moment she entered the conference area, a young man began to follow her.
