The meeting of Foreign Ministers of France and Azerbaijan
On 19 Mat the Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov met in Paris with French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Eyraud in the framework of his working visit to France.
Elmar Mammadyarov and Jean-Marc Eyraud discussed in detail the results of the recent Vienna summit on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. The Ministers reaffirmed the importance of adhering to the agreement by the parties on compliance with the ceasefire, as well as the need for a speedy resumption of full-fledged negotiations in order to reach not achieving a comprehensive political settlement of the conflict, the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
Mammadyarov welcomed the readiness of the French side to offer their services in the organization as soon as possible top meeting, principal agreement on which has been reached by the parties in Vienna. The sides also discussed some issues related to the bilateral agenda of the Azerbaijani-French relations. French minister accepted the invitation of his Azerbaijani counterpart to pay an official visit to Azerbaijan. -02В-
