Constitutional law about the possibility of execution of the decisions of an international body for human rights and freedoms in Azerbaijan has been included the work plan of the spring session of the Milli Majlis, some MPs told different media. The content of the bill is not reported. Turan failed to get information form MPs on the nature and content of the document .
According to unofficial reports, the bill is prepared in the Committee on Legal Policy.
Judging by the title, the bill will be an analogue of the Russian Law of December 2015, by which Russia put off the obligation to execute the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. -03B-

From 19 to 26 July, 24 automatic rifles, 1 machine gun, 9 rifles, 28 grenades, 441 shells, 3118 cartridges of different calibre and other ammunition were found in Khankendi, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported. President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
