Asaf Guliyev said that originally it was planned to hold the rally on September 29, but the Mayor Office offered to transfer it to the 28th, because on Sunday the stadium complex, "Mahsul," will be given to another candidate, Hafis Hajiyev.

Human Rights Watch has obtained a copy of this host country agreement, signed in August 2024, which has yet to be made public.
