Preparation for the rally of the National Council to be held on September 28 continues, a member of the Rallies Committee, Asaf Guliyev, told Turan. In the course of the next televised debate, Jamil Hasanli, will call on voters to take part in the rally, leaflets will be handed out, and there will be calls on the social networks, he said. Asaf Guliyev said that originally it was planned to hold the rally on September 29, but the Mayor Office offered to transfer it to the 28th, because on Sunday the stadium complex, "Mahsul," will be given to another candidate, Hafis Hajiyev.
