Baku / 26.09.16 / Turan: The party "Musavat" spread the message about the violations during the referendum on constitutional amendments. So, at 07:30 the staff of the housing and communal operational site (HCOS) №5 in Surakhani district at was given the list of polling stations, where they were to vote.
At schools in the territory of the 8 th irst Binagadi election district, school teachers instructed parents to go and vote in the nearby area even if they are registered elsewhere. Every teacher should provide participation of six parents.
On the territory of 2,3,4,5 and 7 polling station of the 59th district of Salyan the observers reported that on the 4th polling station, there were "carousel". At the 3rd polling station the representatives of education participated in voting , as well as some other people whose names were not in the lists.
At 12:00 on the 3-th polling station was announced the voting of 343 people, and on the 5th - 430 persons. However, observers noted only 8 and 5 respectively voters.
At the 13th and 14th polling station of the 60th Salyan-Neftchala District from 11:00 to 12:00 there were only two voters.
According to Hidayat Ismayilov, from 67th Jalilabad District, the city set up a group of doctors, teachers, kindergarten teachers, high school students, which intermittently were sent to the various voting areas. This "carousel" takes place in front of the district leadership and administration.
At the 45th Absheron constituency in the village Hokmali the voters are called through loudspeakers mounted on vehicles to participate in the referendum. In the 61st Neftchala District on the sections 4 and 5 by the noon voted only two percent of voters. -16D04-
