The Secretariat of the State Commission for the Delimitation of the Border with Armenia is being created
Baku/13.10.22/Turan: By order of the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov, the Secretariat of the State Commission for the delimitation of the state border between Azerbaijan and Armenia is being created.
The secretariat is created in the apparatus of the Cabinet of Ministers as a department and consists of 5 staff units.
The secretariat will prepare discussions on the activities of the Commission, the expert and working groups, issues for consideration at the meetings of the Commission, as well as draft legal acts. --0--

The international organization "Women Press Freedom" condemned the arrest of journalist Shahnaz Beylergizi in Azerbaijan. A statement of the organization noted that this is the latest in a series of troubling state attacks on independent media in Azerbaijan. On the same day, another journalist, Shamshad Aga, was detained.
