As the press service of the Kremlin said, the trip will start with the city of Gyumri, where Putin jointly with Armenian President will visit the 102nd Russian military base and take part in the Third Armenian-Russian interregional forum.
Next, Russian-Armenian talks at the highest level will take place in Yerevan. On the agenda there will be key bilateral issues, including trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Following the talks, the sides will sign a number of bilateral documents.
In early September, Putin and Sargsyan announced plans of Armenia to join the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Union.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) today issued five rulings on applications from Azerbaijan. The case of "Afgan Mammadov v.
