Ilham Aliyev, Vladimir Putin and Nikol Pashinyan
Two documents to be signed following Aliyev-Pashinyan Moscow meeting
Baku/25.05.23/Turan: On Thursday, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived on a working visit to Moscow, where a trilateral meeting will be held with the participation of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
According to the Moscow "Kommersant" issuance , at least two documents should be adopted following the meeting. Their coordination lasted all day on May 24.
The first one was prepared by the Deputy Prime Ministers - on unblocking transport communications.
The second document is the fifth joint statement by Aliyev, Pashinyan and Putin drafted by the Foreign Ministries of the three countries, "Kommersant" writes.
According to experts, the key point of the second document should be mutual recognition by Armenia and Azerbaijan of each other's territorial integrity. Pashinyan's recent statements about this, which caused a storm of indignation in Armenia, were aimed at preparing the Armenian society for this unpleasant event.
The first document should confirm the equivalent status of communications between Armenia and Karabakh, on the one hand, and between Nakhchivan and the rest of Azerbaijan, on the other. -02B-
