US provides x-ray machines for customs to Azerbaijan
Baku / 13.03.20 / Turan: The US Embassy in Azerbaijan provided the country's Customs Committee with x-ray machines for checking trucks.
The embassy informed that the devices will be installed in Bilasuvar and Astara posts and in the seaport of Alat.
These devices allow you to record illegally transported objects and goods.
The cost of this project is 36 million dollars. This includes the devices themselves, their delivery, installation and staff training. The project is being implemented as part of the “Building Partnership Capacity Program”. - 03D-
