V. Martirosyan: Karabakh Conflict - Source of Power for Kocharyan and Sargsyan
Neither Robert Kocharyan nor Serzh Sargsyan has ever had sincere intentions to solve the Karabakh conflict by peaceful means. Such an opinion was expressed by the Armenian dissident and human rights activist Vahan Martirosyan, speaking at a conference in Baku on the Karabakh conflict.
“Kocharyan and Sargsyan's regime would not have appeared on the political scene without the Karabakh conflict,” he said.
The war in Karabakh began on the initiative of a third force, which served its imperialist ambitions and did not want friendship in the Caucasus. “Until now, this war is conducted and supported by a third force - we all know which one,” he stressed.
In the last 2-3 years in the meetings and rallies of the opposition in Armenia and in social networks more and more people openly admit that Karabakh gave nothing to Armenians but pain, blood and evil,” Martirosyan said. -06D--
