Visit of the President of Macedonia to Azerbaijan
Baku / 28.02.18 / Turan: President of Macedonia, Gheorghe Ivanov, will visit Azerbaijan in March, according to the message of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora.
The Macedonian President participated in the 6th Global Baku Forum, which will be held on March 15-18.
In addition to President Ivanov, the heads of Moldova, Albania, Montenegro, the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister of Turkey will participate in the forum.
About 500 guests, including current and former heads of state and government, will take part in the forum. Participants will discuss security issues in the Middle East, the current geopolitical situation in the Balkans, the role of youth at the present stage in public and political life.
The basis of the Global Forum was laid in 2013 by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. -05D-

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has expressed condolences to the President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, following the tragic incident in the city of Magdeburg. "We are deeply shocked by the news of the deaths and injuries resulting from the tragic incident that took place at the Christmas market in Magdeburg," the message reads.
