Baku/04.10.22/Turan: On Monday, during a telephone conversation, the Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Mohammad Bakeri and Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov expressed their readiness to conduct joint military exercises along the common border, "Tasnim" editorial reported on October 4.
The parties also discussed the activation of the joint military commission, the recent escalation of hostilities between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
