Baku/07.09.23/Turan: 15 settlements, including 1 city, 1 village and 13 villages, will be restored in Kelbajar region by 2026.
This was announced on September 7 by the first deputy chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture Namig Gummatov at a meeting of the working group on urban planning.
Note that the return of the population will begin in 2024 and at the first stage 5,268 people will return to the city of Kelbajar, and 12534 people to other settlements.
By 2026, 3,450 houses (1,927 individual houses and 1,523 apartments) will be built in Kalbajar. At the same time, 1115 houses will be built in 2024, 725 – in 2025 -03B06-
