Baku/12.11.21/Turan: In Azerbaijan, over the past day, 2,334 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered, 2,092 patients have recovered, 25 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on November 12.
In total, 556 430 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in the country since the beginning of the pandemic, including 518 105 people recovered, 7 397 died, treatment of 30 928 actively patients continues.
Over the past day, in connection with the detection of new cases of coronavirus infection, 13,193 tests were carried out.
Also, in the last day from COVID-19, 38,082 people were vaccinated.
During the day, the number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 5,032, with the second - 9,580, with a booster dose - 23,470 people.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 10,021,688, of which 5,012,689 received the first dose of the vaccine, 4,464,036 received two doses, and 544,963 people received a booster dose.-0-

A fire has erupted at the Experimental and Testing Production of the Scientific Research Institute of SOCAR (the state oil company) in the Surakhani district of Baku, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
