500 kg of heroin found in a truck from Iran
Baku/25.04.23/Turan: On April 22, a truck traveling from Iran to the Netherlands in transit through Azerbaijan was detained at the Julfa customs post of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
During the inspection of the cargo, the service dog smelled drugs. Upon further inspection, almost 500 kg of heroin was found packaged in plastic containers under the guise of paint.
An investigation on the fact has beeen laucnhed, the statement of the press service of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan. --02D---
