"My appeals are refused and I protest against it before the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. The day before I also went there. They put me in a civilian car and brought me to the 26th Yasamal district police," he said.
After 6-7 hours, he was taken to the Yasamal district police department, where he was ordered to reappear on March 29. The investigator stated that in connection with the incident, a lawsuit was filed against him before the Ministry of Labor on June 2, 2022.
"The investigator said that I was suspected of breaking the glass in the doors and windows of the ministry and there is a complaint against me. I was there, but I had nothing to do with these actions. Today I was told that I would not be arrested, but I am obliged to report to the police every time I am called," Rustamov said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turan stated that the Yasamal district department conducted an investigation into the incident before the Ministry of Labor on June 2, 2022 and opened a criminal case based on the results.
