Baku/08.06.21/Turan: The police filed a lawsuit on the attack of a "war invalid" on an expert doctor of the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation.
A resident of the Barda region, Shamail Mustafayev, born in 1963, without any reason, grossly violating public order, attacked the expert doctor of the disability assessment commission, inflicting minor injuries on her, press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The injured female doctor was recognized as a victim, and a forensic medical examination report and witness statements were obtained.
In the investigation department of the Binagadi district police department, a lawsuit was filed under Article 221.1 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code, investigative actions are continuing.
During the examination of Mustafayev, it was established that the disability assigned to him several years ago was false. Moreover, he also falsified documents on his participation in the Karabakh war. –06D-
