Baku/12.05.22/Turan: On May 12, Rashad Bakhtiyarov, born in 1982, died as a result of a shell explosion in the Agdam region.
The incident occurred around 4:00 pm in the village of Chemenli, when Bakhtyairov was engaged in agricultural activities, the Aghdam prosecutor's office said in a statement.
