A number of large restaurants fined for violating environmental regulations
Baku/06.07.22/Turan: Restaurants in the Binagadi and Nizami districts of Baku: “Pink House”, “Kişmiş”, “Sonalar Sonası”, “Üzeyir”, “Hissa”, “Qızıl Qaya” and “Qızıl Buta”, as well as “Yaşıl Bağ” in the city of Sumgayit was fined for violating the norms for the emission of carcinogens into the atmosphere, the message of the Ministry of Ecology.
On the facts of violations, protocols were drawn up in relation to these objects.
According to the Code of Administrative Violations, the fine for such violations for individuals ranges from 300 to 700 manats, for officials - 2,500-4,000 manats, and for legal entities - 7,500-10,000 manats. --16D--
