Officers of the Baku airport customs arrested Ilgar Aliyev, the chairman of the NGO "Yeni Sabah" , who arrived from Moscow to Baku. In his suitcase were found not declared in the customs declaration: seven metal knives of various sizes and formats, a pen and glasses equipped with a camera.
In his explanation Ilgar Aliyev wrote that he had bought the items in the city of Pattaya (Thailand) in the store. According to inspection, five of the seven knives are regarded as a cold weapon, and pens and glasses equipped with a camera may be used to receive information in a secret way. The investigation is underway in the Investigation Department of the State Customs Committee, according to the State Customs Committee. What exactly is the crime is not reported. 16D04-
