Upon the death of a soldier in active service of the National Army Tofig Babayev in one of the military units in Nakhchivan, Nakhchivan’s Military Prosecutor Office filed a lawsuit under article 125 of the Criminal Code (incitement to suicide) due to the death of a soldier Tofig Babayev, of an active service of the National Army in one of the military units in Nakhchivan, according to military sources.
The Ministry of Defense confirmed the information that the soldier was shot from his service weapon. Babaev was drafted from Sharur region of NAR in April this year.—06D--
