Absheron beaches are seized by state officials
Lawyer Aslan Ismayilov in an interview with the radio "Voice of America" and Turan touched on the seizure of Absheron beaches by oligarchs and government officials,
According to him, the entire coast of the Caspian Sea "was seizured", and there is not aspac at all.
Last year's call of a deputy Zeinab Khanlarova remained unheard, and it has not been supported. Such deputies as Ghalib Salamzade, Elmira Akhundova defended the officials of their entourage.
Today thee are no free beaches on the shores of the Caspian for poor people.
"A man came to me regarding this question from the village Pirshagi on this issue and very lamented. For people there are only bands 20-30 meters where you can just stand, and not the rest.
Ismayilov said that Heydar Aliyev in 2003 issued an order prohibiting construction closer than 130 meters from the sea.
However, in 2008 there was another order, in which the distance was reduced to 20-25 meters.
At the same time, disposal specified inadmissibility of restriction of access to the sea. The same prohibition exists in the Code of Administrative Violations. So why do not they follow it?
According to Ismayilov, the group of 7-8 officials is guilty of it. All these oligarchs were able to "evict" from the village of Shyhov locals who were engaged in fishing there. Those pople were deprived of everything because of greed of olygarchs.
Ismayilov said he has videos of the cottages by deputies, ministers, staff of the Presidential Administration, heads of corporations, and so on. There grabf beaches.
The Article 37 of the Constitution guarantees citizens the right to rest. However, the people of Azerbaijan are deprived of this right , said Ismayilov. -03В-

In the last two days, a "news" story appeared on TikTok about a whale spotted on Baku's seaside boulevard. The most "observant" users posted videos, commenting on the size of the animal. Later, other "witnesses" claimed it wasn't a whale, but a shark. Even later, a version emerged suggesting it was a submarine.
