In the morning, fog is possible, the wind is south-west, which in the evening will change to the north. The air temperature will rise to 21 degrees in Baku in the daytime, and in number of places in Absherone – up to +24 degrees, weather forecasters said. In the western regions of the country, rains with thunderstorms are expected with a strong western wind. The air temperature will be in low-lying areas to +23 degrees, in the mountains to +15 in the afternoon. In the period April 14-16 in the north-western regions of the country are expected showers with thunderstorms, hail, and in the mountains snow against the background of a strong western wind, the Ministry of Ecology reported. -02D-
