Akhund of Nardaran sanctuary is s detained
Nuhbala Rahimov, the akhund of the "Sanctuary of Rahima Khanum" in Nardaran was detained. The police took him on Wednesday directly from the sanctuary, according to local sources. According to unofficial reports, he has been arrested administratively for 12 days.
