Albanian boxer at European Games is convicted of doping
Albanian athlete Redjildo Zeneli has been convicted of violating anti-doping rules of the European Olympic Committee (EOC) for the first European Games 2015 in Baku. He was suspended from participation in competitions, reads the statement posted on the site of the first European Games.
In the doping sample of the Albanian athlete was revealed traces of furosemide, which is included the list of banned drugs, the report says.
At the Games the athletes pass comprehensive anti-doping procedures, where they are checked for the presence in the body of substances banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency. -06D-
