Armenia unilaterally gives Azerbaijani captive back to Azerbaijan
Yerevan / 29.11.12/Turan- ArmInfo: Armenia is prepared to release Azerbaijani prisoner Telman Aliyev on November 30. This should happen at the boundary of the Tavush region of Armenia with Azerbaijan's Gazakh region near the village of Kayanavan. Aliyev will be transferred to Azerbaijan by the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
The Azerbaijani side has not yet commented on this information. Telman Aliyev crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border accidentally, and was lost in an unfamiliar area.
Currently in captivity in Azerbaijan, there is one Armenian family of five, who voluntarily surrendered to Azerbaijan. Apart from Aliyev, the Armenians have an Azerbaijani soldier in captivity. -02D-
