The Mingachevir 20 days arrested Parveen Jafarov, brother of Emil Jafarli who is in political emigration activist of the Popular Front Party of Emil Jafarli.
According to local sources, the reason for the arrest became critical of his brother's Facebook status about the events in Mingachevir. The head of the youth committee of PPFA Gara Allahverdiyev, a cousin of Jafarli, was also summoned to police. Fate of Allahverdiyev remains unknown. -03C06-
