Azerbaijan, Turkey and Armenia as Outsiders on LGBT Rights
London / May 14, 19 / Turan: Azerbaijan, Turkey and Armenia are among the countries of Europe where the rights of the LGBT community are extremely limited. This is evidenced by the rating of the International Association of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex (ILGA-Europe).
The situation was estimated on a 100-point scale. Azerbaijan was awarded only three points. Turkey and Armenia received 5 and 7 points respectively.
The best situation is with ensuring the rights of LGBT people in Malta, Luxembourg and Finland. In France and the UK, figures are similar to Finland.
At the same time, on the whole, the indices of Great Britain, France and Germany have deteriorated in comparison with the previous year. -16D-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.

During the operation of the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 5 members of an organized group engaged in drug trafficking were detained. All of them have previous convictions: Bahlul Ismayilov, Royal Aliyev, Khayal Aliyev, Samir Aghayev, and Ali Mammadli.
