According to Turan was, he noted that the first European Games were organized in Baku at a high level. "So we decided to hold in 2019 European Youth Olympic Festival in Azerbaijan," he said. The festival will be attended by 50 European and 50 world Olympic committees. In general, the number of participants will be 4.000 people from 16 to 18 years.
