Azerbaijani Citizens Advised not to Travel to Egypt
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan called on the citizens not to travel to Egypt due to the sharply aggravated situation in the country. Appropriate instructions are also given to travel companies, the website of the Ministry said in the statement.
In turn, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan told Turan that the Embassy of Azerbaijan is functioning normally and the staff did not leave Egypt.
The spokesman Elman Abdullayev said that the Azerbaijani citizens living or located in Egypt are recommended to stay away from areas, where there are collisions.
According to the Azerbaijani Embassy in Egypt, now there are less than 50 citizens of Azerbaijan there. -16D-
