Azerbaijani-Russian agreements signed
In the presence of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev the sides signed a comprehensive cooperation plan for the Ministries of Emergency Situations of Russia and Azerbaijan in 2013-2015.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov signed a program of cooperation in the humanitarian sphere between Russia and Azerbaijan until 2015.
In addition, they signed an agreement on the construction of a road bridge across the river Samur on the border between the two states.
The bridge will be located in the area of border crossing points Yarag-Kazmalyar (RF) - Samur (Azerbaijan). –0--
