Bakhtiyar Hajiyev's mother visited him in pre-trial detention center
Baku/16.01.23/Turan: On Monday, January 16, the arrested activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev's mother visited him in pre-trial detention center N1.
Today, the activist was given the opportunity to talk on the phone with his father and brothers.
“He told his mother that he would continue the hunger strike. His mother confirmed that he has health problems and she is seriously concerned about his condition,” Rail Abbasov, a public committee for protecting the rights of the activist, told Turan.
Bakhtiyar Hajiyev began a hunger strike in protest against the falsified arrest on charges of hooliganism and contempt of court. The real reason for the arrest is a sharp criticism of the government. --0--
