Baku / 28.06.17 / Turan: The activist of the NIDA movement Bayram Mammadov stopped the hunger strike, which he started on June 23 in Prison No. 13, where he is serving a sentence. Turan Mammadov, the activist's father, told Turan IA about this.
According to him, B. Mammadov called home on June 27 and said he had stopped the hunger strike, which he conducted as a sign of protest against the conditions of his imprisonment.

After the activist resorted to an extreme measure, the administration asked him to stop the hunger strike, assuring that in the coming days they would give him another place in the barracks, the activist's father said.
