Body Found in Garadagh District
In the course of searching for oil workers who went missing as a result of the collapse of an offshore oil overpass on 15 December last year, a dead man’s body was found in the Pirsaat coastal village (70 km south of Baku) today.
The authorities are revealing the identity of the deceased and trying to find out whether he was an oil worker missing in the accident, according to the headquarters at Azneft Production Association.
Recall that as a result of the collapse of the overpass, a wagon with 10 oil workers fell into the sea. The bodies of two of them were found. Others are still considered as missing. -06D-
