Baku/21.06.23/Turan: As a result of joint operation by employees of the State Border Service (SBS) and the Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan (IMA), two border violators were detained as part of the fight against illegal migration.
So, on the night of June 21, a resident of the Lankaran region, Elgun Huseynov, born in 1986, was detained while trying to cross the state border from Iran to Azerbaijan in the territory of "Goradiz" border detachment.
On the morning of June 21, a citizen of Afghanistan born in 1995, Amiri Majid, was detained while crossing the state border from Iran to Azerbaijan in the territory of "Gatepe" border detachment.
