The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan has granted the appeal of the candidate for MP in the 42nd Sumgayit Second Constituency, a representative of the opposition movement REAL Hafiz Babali.
The decision of the district election commission on refusal of registration has been canceled and the CEC registered Babali as a candidate.
On the same constituency CEC has also registered a nominee of the ruling party New Azerbaijan, Adviser to the Minister of Industry and Economics Tahir Mirkishili and the Director of the private lawyer’s advice firm Izzat, nonpartisan Adalat Gafarov. -06D-

This year, 22,000 foreign language teachers and an additional 4,000 teachers who were unable to pass certification last year will be involved in the certification process, the director of the state agency for preschool and general education, Eshgi Bagirov, announced on February 12.
