Center of Baku to Be Blocked due to Visit of Iranian President November 12
In connection with the official visit of the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Baku, traffic on the main streets of the capital will be temporarily blocked on November 12.
According to the report of the Traffic Police, from 13:00 to 14:00 traffic will be closed on the section from the Baku airport to the village Zagulba, where the residence of the head of state is located.
At the same time, traffic will be closed from the airport to the city center through the streets Yusif Safarov, Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Rasul Rza, Neftchilar Avenue and Azadlig, including Azneft Square.
The movement from Azneft through the streets Mehdi Huseyn, Parliament Avenue, Javid Avenue, Builders Avenue, Bakikhanov Street and Tbilisi Avenue will be also stopped.
Traffic police have urged drivers not to use these streets and drive in alternative ways. -16D-

On January 7, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree increasing the salaries of employees in several organizations funded by the state budget.
