In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes at the trial of the journalist Khadija Ismailova the court decided to forcibly bring Tural Mustafayev.
He is a victim on the case and it is on the basis of his complaint Ismayilova was accused of "incitement to suicide" and arrested.
Later, however, Mustafayev said publicly that he slandered Ismayilova under pressure from the police and refused of his complaint. -06D-
