A criminal case has been initiated on the murder in the courtroom in Balakan. On February 4 at the hearing one of the victims on this criminal case, Elshan Hipiyev attacked with a knife on the defendant Magomed Hanperiyeva accused under Article 128 (bodily harm). The attacker struck numerous stab wounds, from which the defendant died in the central hospital, the press service of the Prosecutor General reported.
On the fact the district prosecutor's office opened a criminal case under Article 120.1 (premeditated murder). Various examinations have been assigned. The attacker Elshan Hipiyev has been detained as a suspect. -04D--
