According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was wanted for the murder of a resident of Khirdalan, previously convicted Osman Abdullayev, in the settlement of Lokbatan, Garadagh district, on January 15.
Meshadiyev was found in the village of Hokmali of the Absheron district and refused to surrender to the police. Investigative actions are being carried out. -03D-
