Customs Officers Stopped Illegal Export of Currency
Baku / 09/02/19 / Turan: Customs officers at the Baku international airport stopped the export of large amounts of currency from the country. The State Customs Committee said that a citizen of Kazakhstan tried to take out by flight Baku-Moscow undeclared 3.5 million rubles (equivalent to 46,000 dollars) and 6,253 dollars. An investigation is underway.
Recall that citizens can export 10 thousand dollars from the country without a declaration.
