Detained Four Persons Trying to Cut Inactive Pipeline
Four people were detained, when trying to cut the no longer valid Baku-Guzdek oil pipeline passing through the village Rasulzadeh in the Binagadi district of the capital.
As the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs explained, the detainees were residents of Baku and Absheron. All of them were transferred to Binagadi Police Station No 4. -16D04
