The ferry starts sending accumulated Turkmen trucks, the administration of the Baku trade port reports.
“The movement of vessels from the Baku port towards Turkmenistan is carried out as usual. In connection with the repair of the Berkarar ship owned by Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan are carrying out appropriate work to reduce the queue of freight vehicles in the Baku port. Currently, after paying the road tax, 51 units of wheeled vehicles will be sent to the port of Turkmenbashi on the Bakhtiyar vessel, a press release from the Alat International Sea Trade Port Department reported.
A total of about 300 units of wheeled vehicles bound for Turkmenistan are waiting in line at the Baku port, and they will also be dispatched as soon as possible.
The Baku port takes appropriate measures to ensure the convenience of drivers and takes measures to meet the requirements of the pending. The public will be regularly informed by the Port on the work performed, the press release concludes.
Turkmen trucks have accumulated at the Baku airport due to the lack of a ferry.
When, on January 7, a ferry arrived from Turkmenistan, the Azerbaijani side did not allow loading, demanding $ 200 for each car due to the delay in the time spent in Azerbaijan.–21 / B06-
