On the night of February 25 the Armenian side attempted to move in several directions of the contact line. The Azerbaijani side has taken retaliatory measures, said the Defense Ministry's press service.
In Fizuli direction the enemy acted more actively, using heavy weapons and artillery. The Azerbaijani side has losses. Fighting continues in this direction, the report says.
In turn, the Armenian side has confirmed the serious clashes in the two directions, accusing the Azerbaijani side of an attempt to break through the front line. Armenian Defense Ministry claims that the killed Azerbaijani soldiers were on neutral line.-02D-

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
