Baku / 14.02.18 / Turan: Officers of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained counterfeiters. As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a resident of Baku, previously convicted Orkhan Mammadov was detained together with his friend Nijat Orujov in the red when selling fake 11,700 manat for 2,900 manat.
During the search of his apartment, 4,900 counterfeit manat, as well as equipment for making money, were found.
The detainees recognized their plans to sell counterfeit bills and use them in shopping centers in Baku and districts. A criminal case was filed on the fact. -16D-

The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
